Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days upon receiving your order. To be eligible for return: ‑ Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition. ‑ All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact. ‑ Sale / clearance items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless defective.

Items that show signs of wear, stains, alteration or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return Request

Before sending items back, you must submit a return request to our customer support. item name and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions within 2‑4 business days. Do NOT send back goods without prior authorization. Packages returned without approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping Cost

‑ If return is caused by our error: wrong item, defective product, size or color mismatch, we will cover the return shipping fee. ‑ If you return for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered etc.), the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you about the refund approval status within 3‑7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider processing speed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please submit a return request first and place a new order for your desired item. We do not support direct item exchange service.
